We strive to have satisfied customers who have been our customers for years because they appreciate us and our products and know their value.

We ask anyone who is not satisfied with us or our products to talk to us.

Our loyal and satisfied customers benefit from our fair and transparent discounts .

All aluminum reference materials you purchase directly from us will count towards your loyalty discount. Because we know that there are different years, we will include all orders of the last 36 months for the calculation of the loyalty discount. To enable you to benefit quickly from our discounts, we calculate your personal discount on a quarterly basis rather than once a year. For every 3'333 CHF ( cumulated over 36 months ) you order you will get 1% more discount . (maximum 25%)



Our discount is simple. Example:

Customer X orders reference materials from us for the first time at the end of March for 5'000 CHF and already gets a 1% discount on all his upcoming orders (for the next 36 months) from April on.
Customer Y has been a loyal customer for years and has purchased reference materials from us for 2'315 CHF per month on average. He benefits from a 25% discount on each sample he purchases from us.


The personal discounts are sent to you by mail after each calculation, but also displayed directly in the store. Thus you always see immediately your personal price of the samples you need.
